Andira is a niche consultancy with the experience of bringing skilled built environment practitioners to assist in Africa's development by providing targeted advice; conducting timely and challenging facilitations between stakeholders; and conducting research to understand and imagine fast-forming African urban areas.
Rashika is the co-founder, owner and managing member of Andira Urban Services. She is an urban planner who specializes in sustainability and stakeholder dialogues.
As an urban planner, Rashika is passionate about being able to guide and influence urban development and management and has worked on several projects in this regard. She oversees the delivery of the range of projects that Andira delivers to its clients.
She also undertakes research and training in planning, sustainability and dialogue and has written both her Master’s thesis on different aspects of these concepts. Rashika designs and delivers custom dialogues to organizations utilizing appropriate dialogue methods and tools. She has been active in the field of dialogue for more than eight years and has had the privilege to provide dialogue services to both the private and public sector. During this time, Rashika has honed her skills of using dialogue as a methodology to help teams and organizations better understand each other as they work together.
